Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a RECRUITER at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role requires a strong focus on sales, team management, and business development.
Qualifications
Experience in behavioral and talent interview assessment skills are ideal
Excellent in head hunting and hiring talents
Good skills in tracking progress for factual reports
Experience in the real estate industry or recruitment agency for more than 1 year
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field
Having HR certifications is preferred
