HR Generalist Required in Dubai - Dubai

WHAT WILL YOU DO

In this role you will be supporting a spread and diveresed region, covering the Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Central Asia. You will act as the first point of contact to the employees regarding various HR tasks such as compensation & benefits, payroll and employee life cycle. You will be working closely with the Regional HR Manager with different long term projects such as learning & development and employer branding.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience working in a broad HR-role. You need to have a ”can-do” spirit and a good business acumen. Besides this, we are looking for a true team-player who has excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You must be able to balance many different tasks at the same time and act in a proactive and supportive way. Since you will be working with many different countries and cultures, it is also important to have an international and flexible mindset and be able to build trustful relationships.

We’d love to hear from you if you are/have:

Degree in Human Recourses/ Business Administration or equivalent field
4+ years of experience working in a similar HR-role
Experience with HR administrative work (visas, work permits, medical insurance administration etc), employee training planning, recruitment & onboarding support
Great interpersonal and communication skills
High level of integrity
A service-minded and dynamic approach
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Fluency in Arabic or a language spoken in the region is an advantage
