Receptionist Required in Dubai - Dubai
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
Managing and distributing mail and packages
Providing information to visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Booking appointments and managing calendars
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Handling basic inquiries and providing customer service
Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
Requirements
Proficient in English (spoken and written) / Additional languages are a plus
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds
Ability to interact respectfully with passengers from various countries and cultures
