Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our valued clients throughout their journey with our company. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded at every stage of the property development process.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and personalized service.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, issues, and requests.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases, including assisting with contract negotiations and facilitating the handover process.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, upsell opportunities, and referral business.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
Prepare reports and analysis on client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role in the property development or real estate industry, preferably in Dubai.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market, industry regulations, and customer service best practices.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
