Real Estate Consultant Required in Dubai

BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION

We are looking for people with sales background, preferabely in Real Estate, however, we accept other industries, we need a commission driven person with high follow up skills & outstanding communication skills, UAE driving license and a car is a plus to succeed, we will train you and provide you with all needed tools to accelerate.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell

Qualifications

1-2 years' of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
Strong communication skills
Strong follow up skills
