We are looking for an experienced real estate broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals and businesses in buying, selling and renting commercial or residential properties.
Responsibilities:
View properties to potential buyers or tenants
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, etc.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
Develop networks of lawyers, lenders and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations
Developing marketing strategies to promote property
Evaluate property listings, contracts and other documents to ensure compliance with real estate laws
Representing clients in court or in administrative hearings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate broker
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Good organization
Work with commission only
