What we are looking for:
Any Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a successful track record of closed transactions and satisfied clients.
A solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, including knowledge of leasehold and freehold properties, off-plan projects, ready-to-move-in properties, commercial real estate, rentals, and occupancy costs, is highly desirable.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet clients' needs.
While real estate industry experience is considered an added advantage, candidates with backgrounds in banking, insurance, aviation, luxury products, automobile, and related industries are highly encouraged to apply.
