NO basic salary.
ONLY COMMISSION – up to 65% from Gross Sales Revenue
AVERAGE monthly earning potential between AED 25k – AED 30k in the first year.
ON AN AVERAGE Senior agents earn over AED 50k per month and veterans earn over AED 100k a month.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE?

Active on social media with strong interest in self marketing and branding (LinkedIn & Instagram preferred).
Driving license from UAE or other compatible countries (mandatory).
Real estate experience in UAE or international market (preferred but not mandatory).
A proven sales track record in retail, fashion, automobile or hospitality (mandatory).
A proven track record excelling in office/work place discipline (mandatory).
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
Written and spoken Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).
Written and spoken Russian (is a big advantage).
Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
Positive attitude and optimistic mindset (mandatory).
Highly presentable (mandatory).
Ability to take risks and strong business decisions (mandatory).
