Property Consultant Required in Dubai

Your role is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. The main function of your role is to be an active property consultant and you will be required to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and to assess and to commit them to sales transactions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Achieve the monthly target set by the Sales Management

· Actively promote the company’s services.

· Responsible for sales of units in real estate projects.

· Close direct and indirect deals as per company target.

· Knowledge in marketing campaigns and advertisements.

· Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

· Follow up on contractual matters or late payments with own clients.

· Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Achieve sales targets set by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be a UAE local.

· Min level of professional experience in the sales and marketing or eagerness to learn the field.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and the related government laws and policies when conducting property deals.

· Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

· Based in Abu Dhabi is preferable.

· Car & Driving License.
