Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai -
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the industry, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with local real estate trends and prices
Create and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and rental agreements
Prepare and submit offers, counteroffers, and closing documents
Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle ( Preferred)
