Next Door Real Estate Properties is a leading real estate development and investment company located in Business Bay, Dubai . We are currently seeking a Senior Property Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team. As a Senior Property Agent, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate investments and purchases, with a focus on making sales of villas and apartments to Russian-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and source new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients, including high net worth individuals, investors, and developers from the Russian-speaking community.
Advise clients on real estate market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities, with a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for villas and apartments, including conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and coordinating the closing of deals.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including lawyers, bankers, and other real estate professionals, to support business development and client needs.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the company's presence and revenue in the Russian-speaking market for villas and apartments.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property transactions in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience as real estate agent.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
