5. Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.

6. Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.

7. Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties.

8. Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

- Must be a Team Player.

- Excellent closing skills.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers.

- Intermediate knowledge for MS Office.

- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.

- Trustworthy and results-driven.

- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
