Property Consultant Required in Dubai - Dubai
Role: Property Consultant (Off-Plan and Secondary)
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Responsibilities
Manage off-plan and secondary leads and reach out to potential clients in the real estate market in Dubai.
Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of off-plan and secondary market properties.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
Achieve and exceed individual targets within the given timeframe.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the department.
Document and update client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Driving license (preferred).
