Role Description
Next Door Real Estate are seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing Secondary Team. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in secondary sales transactions. Your daily tasks will include sourcing potential buyers, conducting property viewings, negotiating and coordinating contracts, and providing guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidates will have a proven record of sales and/or leasing experience in Dubai's lucrative secondary market. The brokers will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of both the division and company.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and developments in the secondary market.
Sales and Leasing: Handle the complete sales and leasing process, from listing properties to closing deals. This includes property showings, negotiations, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale and lease, ensuring they are marketed effectively through various channels.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, forms and agreements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent
Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools
Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai preferred.
