Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you'll play a vital role in our company's success by assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Your main responsibility is to understand clients' needs and match them with suitable properties using your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and legalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competition in Dubai.
Assist clients in determining their property requirements and preferences, including budget, location, and amenities.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the buying, selling, or renting process from start to finish.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and lease contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology tools.
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
RERA certification or willingness to obtain one.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
