Real Estate Agent Required in Dubai - Dubai

Role & Responsibilities:

Prospect and secure new clients through networking, referrals and outbound efforts.
Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on opportunities.
Guide clients through the buying process, from initial inquiry to handover.
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and developer relationships.
Regularly monitor the off-plan market to stay updated with new trends.
Attend property launches, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai off-plan property sales.
Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, negotiate and influence credibly.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
