PROPERTY CONSULTANT/SALES AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai
• Researches, prospects, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
• Captures leads and prospects and maintains a database for such prospects
• Validates and verifies all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with the policy at all times
• Updates himself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives
• Prospects and meets clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings in a way that do not affect sales center operations
• Conducts viewing for prospects
• Completes other assigned tasks within given deadlines
• Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times
• Represent the company during exhibitions and shows invited
• Participate in sales launches/events whenever required. Maintains and develops business with existing customers.
• Handles all customers in a professional manner.
• Follows-up with your own customers for signing sales agreements.
• Provides customers information on legalities of purchasing property in UAE.
• Promptly responds to all inquiries received.
• Ensures a high level of customer service.

Requirements:
• At Least 1 yr. of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales with U.A.E driving license is preferable.
• Strong sense of responsibility and aggressive.
• Intense knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Industry.
• Good communication skills in English are a MUST. Other languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, and Urdu are advantage.
• Dynamic Personality & Interpersonal Skills.
• Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
• RERA Certified and own car preferred but not mandate.
• Open to male and female any nationalities.
