About the Job:
Realty Homist is looking for a passionate and driven Real Estate Broker to join us. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between property owners/developers and potential buyers, promoting properties and providing expert advice to international investors particularly in off-plan and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Properties: Use various marketing techniques to advertise properties effectively.
· Listings Management: Generate and manage lists of properties for sale/rent.
· Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
· Willing to learn fast, work autonomously, efficiently and effectively!
· Able to actively create marketing content (Reels & Tiktok).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Multilingual skills are a plus, but proficiency in English is essential.
· Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
