Property Broker are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of real estate properties. They commonly work with landlords to ensure that their property is well maintained and ready for new tenants when their lease ends.
Property Broker have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
• Researching real estate trends and statistics to identify potential investment opportunities or risks
• Conducting research on properties that are listed for sale/ lease in order to prepare brochures, post signs, and place ads in the property portal
• Negotiating with buyers and sellers to reach agreements on price, terms of payment, and other details of a transaction
• Determining the market value of a real estate in order to set prices for home sales or appraise property for loan applications
• Consulting with clients to determine their needs for investment properties, such as flats, villa based on their financial situation and objectives
• Inspecting properties to determine their condition and value and reviewing legal documents
