25-30k Salary + Override 3-7% depending on targets

We are looking for a Strong /Talented / Ambitious / Experienced Sales Director – secondary & off plan to join our company -12,000sqf retail prime location-

We offer an amazing setup from support, vision, layout, technology to great USP & culture. If you are “it” we want to hear from you, role is office base only no selling required (unless you want to, however the team is your N01 responsibility) just handling/growing the team

Must be /have

English native / bilingual
Min 8-10 years in Dubai real estate
Min 3 years into management
Great leadership – training coaching & be accountable
KPI /process orientated & super strategic
Impeccable industry knowledge – RERA, MOU, pricing, standard practice and etc
Fantastic network – help company to grow
TARGET DRIVEN & ambitious with strong sales acumen
Proven track record 1) team targets 2)coaching/growing successful indiv/team
Ability to think outside of the box & deliver
No I in the team – strong team player
Charismatic, well spoken, friendly and likable
Analytical & factual via reports
