Primary School Teacher Required in Dubai
We are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher at an International mixed private school catering for children aged 3-18. The school is situated in the Al Sufouh area of Dubai. Student numbers are over 2,800, around half of whom are British.
The school was established in 2005 and offers an English National Curriculum from Foundation Stage to Year 11 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, courses and careers programme in Years 12 and 13. It also offers opportunities for students to excel in leadership, sport, creative and performing arts sectors.
The school aims to celebrate diversity and to create a nurturing environment with a strong, open and positive partnership between all stakeholders and the wider community. Parent participation in their children's education is strongly encouraged.
As a candidate you will have:
A B.Ed or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
Proven experience of teaching across KS1/KS2
The ability to share outstanding practice and develop other colleagues
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
