Pastry Commis Required in Dubai

HAPI is a well-known fast casual dining restaurant, with an ice cream shop and coffee bar - located in Al Khazzan Solar Park.

We are seeking for a responsible and friendly motivated team member to join our team for the position of a Pastry Commis - assisting the Pastry Chef in preparing and presenting consistent high-quality baked products, pastries and ice cream according to the requirements, recipes and standards of the restaurant, and assists in the preparation of orders sent from our Central Kitchen to restaurant branches.

You must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years related experience in preparation of desserts, pastry, baking, frozen desserts and sweets in Hospitality / Food & Beverage establishments - cafe, restaurant or 4 / 5 * hotel.

The ideal candidate should be positive, creative and a committed team player.

You must have some or all the following skills, abilities, and experience that we are looking for:

· Good knowledge of food preparation

· Basic knowledge of all sections

· English Communication Skills

· Understanding of health and safety

· Flexible, multi-tasker, quick learner

· Ability to work under pressure and has a teamwork skills

· Basic Food Hygiene Training
