Melodica is a leading Music and Dance Institute that provides music education to students of all ages and levels. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding students in their musical journeys. You will work with students one-on-one or in group settings to help them attain their goals, improve their skills, and develop their musicality.

Responsibilities
Create individualized lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student.
Teach music theory, techniques, and skills through practical and engaging methods.
Encourage and motivate students to practice, perform, and develop their musical abilities.
Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help students improve their performance.
Prepare students for recitals, exams, competitions, and other events.
Keep up-to-date with music education trends and methods, and incorporate them into teaching.
Maintain accurate and organized records of students' progress, attendance, and other relevant information.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or related field.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private lesson or music school setting.
Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument, and knowledgeable in multiple genres and styles of music.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
Patient, encouraging, and supportive personality, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to adapt to different teaching situations and environments.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
