estimates and take off of materials needed for installation
supervises the installation of air ducts and chilled water pipes
inspects and quality checks all installed ducts, pipes and equipment (Ventilation and Air-conditioning equipment)
coordinates and collaborates with other contractors of the project (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection)
reviews the construction drawings for possible design query and RFI (Request for Information)
plans schedule of installation and produces other technical documents for projects
distributes works to work force, manages and leads a project team in accomplishments of goals
finds solution for the occurring problems and conflicts of the project
attends Project Meetings with Contractors, Consultants and Owners
