Material procurement action based on the approved shop drawing quantities & forward to purchase department.
Coordinating with the suppliers & purchase department for timely delivery of material at site.
Coordinating with main contractor & other agencies working at site for timely completion of Project.
Erection of Chilled water pipes, Ducting, Pumps, AHU’s FCU’s, Ventilation & Exhaust systems
Attending site co-ordination Meeting with Consultant.
Testing & commissioning of HVAC systems, BMS systems which includes Air balancing, Water balancing & Noise level adjustments etc
Attending the installation inspection with consultant as and when required.
Attending the Snag & submitting the reports to close the same.
Ensure timely completion with fair margin in project.
