Roles & Responsibilities,
Discussion with customer to analyse the requirement and freeze technical specification and design qualification providing clarity in scope of supply.
Proposal preparation and cost estimation.
Layout designing as per requirement.
Scheduling and monitoring of the project in designing, planning, procurement of materials and follow up of the same.
Responsible for execution of assigned projects from proposal to project completion.
Responsible for planning, execution and installation of plants.
Supervising and scheduling erection activities at site.
Man power planning and shop floor management.
Planning and documentation of production activities though SAP.
Inspection of the detail parts and assemblies.
Liason with user departments on product issues and resolving the same through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage multiple teams involved in various production work centres like machine shop, sheet metal fabrication & assembly lines.
Implementation of 5S.
Performing QCC & suggestion activities
