MGHR Solution: Requirement for mechanical Engineer for a semi government construction company in Dubai
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering. Languages Known: Arabic & English. Minimum 12 years of experience. Job Description: Monitor project and staff to ensure that projects are progressing according to established procedures and cost, time and quality objectives. Prepare reports for Construction Manager/MEP Manager indicating procedure adherence and project progress.
Ensure periodic inspection of construction activities and compiles noncompliance reports as appropriate and recommending the appropriate follow up action. Ensure that contractors are in compliance with project plans and specifications. Monitor the quality of work performance by contractors and the quality materials used on-site. Evaluate the progress of the project to determine if time schedules and cost objectives are being met. Ensure Contractors compliance with Quality Assurance and Health and safety Program procedures as outlined in the contract.
