It is a fund management company, as it manages funds registered in Cayman Islands and in Mauritius and will be launching Funds from DIFC. The company also has “External Asset Management” desk and Insurance Vertical. Greenback Capital Limited in its role of financial advisor raise capital (both debt and equity) for companies. It facilitates loan syndication, advise on Mergers & Acquisitions, conduct capital restructuring, and Manages Assets. Job Description

Accounting

• Ensuring clear company accounting practices and policies are in place including financial reports.

• Ensure accurate and complete accounting in compliance with regulatory provisions and accounting standards

• Establish review mechanism for ensuring accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.

• Ensure appropriate financial and accounting system controls and standards are in place.

• Ensure that all transactions and activities pertaining to Accounts payable/ accounts receivables/ general ledger/ book closure/ reconciliation/ statutory audit are carried out in a timely and comprehensive manner.

• A Senior Accountant will report to the Finance Manager.

Internal Audit & Control

• Ensure that the Audit is completed within the timelines and all Audit observations are closed to the satisfaction of the Auditors and key issues of concern if any are highlighted to the Stakeholders.

• Ensure statutory compliances of all systems, processes & accounting practices & compliance with international corporate governance requirement.

• Establishing sound internal control procedures

• To act as Internal Auditor for the Firm

Reporting/ MIS

• Ensure generation of monthly and quarterly financial statements - Balance Sheet and P/L statements

• Ensure delivery of set standards of MIS reports for various departments, ensure periodic MIS generation and interpret data to suggest ways of cost optimization.

• Review management analyses from the quarterly data to identify variance from trends and budgets.

• Review the performance against monthly forecasts for variances and corrective action.

• Ensure all Stakeholders receive appropriate reports on the health of the Business

Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/ Foreign Portfolio Investment

• Preparing Pitch deck for the Investment Banking proposals, including those of M&A, Capital Raising, IPO, and other Corporate finance structuring deals.

• Understanding and evaluating the financial models and the Investment pitch prepared by the clients.

• Financial Modelling

• Developing relationship with the clients and Investors.

Candidate Specifications Education:

Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance No. of Years of Experience:

Minimum 4 years Nature of Experience:

Experience in Banking, Finance and Accounts in a professional organization Functional Skills:

• Hands on experience in Accounting, Audit & Control, Reporting & MIS, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Fund Management.

• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & Accounting Software

• The candidate should have understanding of “Foreign Portfolio Investment” funds and companies.

• The candidate must possess good knowledge of Indian debt and equity market, and should able to apply that knowledge in executing the deals.

• The candidate must have good knowledge of accounting and taxation, pertaining to the FPI and the Funds.

• The role entails to have excellent relationship with all the stakeholders, including Custodian, Banks, Clearing agents, Prime Brokers, Clients, Administrators, and Investors.
