Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Assist in organizing HR-related events and training programs.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Assist in resolving employee issues and escalate to senior HR staff when necessary.
Support in fostering a positive workplace culture.
HR Process Management:

Support in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Compliance:

Stay updated on relevant labor laws and ensure HR practices comply with regulations.
Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of HR processes and basic understanding of labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
