HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Faux Consultancy, a leading PR and Events agency, based in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing both the administrative and cultural aspects of HR, including recruiting, team onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. In addition, this role includes the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support positive team culture and retention. The position requires an experienced and proactive candidate who can operate with a strong sense of structure and initiative, supporting the senior management in efficient, accurate, and innovative HR Practices across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant agency environment or creative industry.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR in the UAE and other relevant market
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in public relations, fashion, or other creative industries is a plus
The ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks, to strict deadlines
Proficiency with automated HR Management systems and applications
Strong understanding of HR 'best practice' to shape and guide company strategy
