Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Purpose of Job:

The Junior Content Creator will be responsible for the delivery of creatives against campaigns and media plans. This role will be responsible for the graphic design of banners, social media, CRM creative and seasonal/calendar occasion campaigns, and will own the copywriting of English & Arabic content for the UAE. The role will report to the Senior Brand Manager in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Ideate and conceptualize creative design solutions that align with the company’s marketing and branding objectives.
Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and online ads.
Develop and create print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and product packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, visuals, and layouts.
Translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and visually appealing designs.
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand guidelines.
Prepare design files for production and work closely with vendors to ensure high-quality output.
Stay updated on design trends, software, and best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive.

Requirements

MUST BE A UAE NATIONAL (UAE Family Book needed)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various media (print and digital).
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
Demonstrated expertise in design software—a deep understanding of how to effectively use these tools to create high-quality designs.
Must have a portfolio to share that highlights a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a bonus.
Excellent English and Arabic
