Job Summary:

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer at BCreative, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the client’s brand identity and business goals. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop a wide variety of digital and print assets. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver projects on tight deadlines. The candidate must be based in Dubai and ready to work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce a range of digital and print assets including presentations, social media graphics, website visuals, emails, brochures, posters, and packaging materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visuals that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
Maintain consistency across all visual elements and uphold the integrity of the brand identity.
Assist in the production and execution of creative assets for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
Work closely with external vendors, such as printers or developers, to ensure the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
Edit and retouch images as needed.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Good knowledge in Google Slides.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
Knowledge of print production processes and web design best practices.
