Bachelors degree in accounting or related (essential).
2 year of accounting work experience (essential).
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.

Job Description:

Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
Maintain accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.
Maintain accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.
Updating financial records via accounting software.
Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line.
Review and reconcile the general ledger, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper corrective actions to resolve them.
Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information.
Secure financial information by completing database backups

Salary range: AED 2500 - AED 3000
