• Finalization of Balance Sheet, profit Loss Accounts with all schedules as per Accounting Standard.
• Managing team of Accountants for smooth & timely execution of various accounting processes.
• Managing day to day work operations for Finance and Accounts.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
• Need to ensure that all statutory requirements like sales tax payments, sales tax returns, service tax returns, professional tax returns, TDS payments, TDS returns, ROC, VAT returns should all happen on time.
• Attend Scrutiny and other related matters from Income tax, sales tax, customs departments.
• Miscellaneous activities like Liaison with Government Authorities, Auditors, and Bank Reconciliations etc. Develop and maintain professional & cordial relationships with external agencies / consultants.
• Managing personal taxation for Director(s) & Group concerns’ taxation.
• Monthly Mis-Report preparation.
• Experience in performing financial calculations or financial analysis.
• Assist Company Secretary in secretarial tasks.
• Effectively maintaining monthly stock audit reports, positive and productive working relationships in internal / external and team environments.
