Client: Leading Public Relation Agency

We are following the Microsoft Modern Workplace strategy where all of our services are cloud based.

We have Microsoft 365 – E3 licensing, and we use Intune to manage our devices and security.

Excellent Communications and presentable skills.

· Support and maintenance of local client workstations

o Majority Windows 10, some MacOS & Office 365 / Teams / OneDrive

o Break-fix / day to day support

o Manage laptop lifecycle – system resets upon reallocation, etc

· Support and maintenance of other local hardware

o Network Infrastructure

o Printers

o AV

o PBX / Phones

· Admin / Documentation, etc.

o Maintain an up-to-date Detailed Network Diagram

o Maintain the asset list with allocation, warranty details

o Do you want to include Mobiles, etc.?

Salary:

IT Support Manager: AED 14k – 18k
