IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE REQUIRED - Dubai
POSITION: IT Support Associate
SALARY: up to 6,000 AED all inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience, plus conveyance expenses

WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian, and Pakistani
Male, 24 to 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or any related degree and certification
At least 2 years of work experience in desktop or network support and troubleshooting
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge on networks and basic troubleshooting is mandatory
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Knowledge on Windows 8/10 and office applications
Knowledge of retail POS support / application added advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and determine network problems
Basic PC and laptop installation / troubleshooting
Configure email in system and wireless network / router
Install, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance of personal computer by providing technical support
Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures to perform responsibilities
