GRAPHIC DESIGNER REQUIRED - Dubai
We are looking for a full time experienced Graphic Designer, preferably Arabic national.
• Lead the corporate brand strategy across all business units, to ensure creative consistency in implementation, communications and positioning.
• Lead the design and redesign of all forms of visual communication, including computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and all other forms, across all business units
• Aid in strategizing campaign creative concepts
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
• Complete the project work within the timeline
• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
• Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
• Constantly monitor what competitors are doing creatively, to ensure company stays ahead in this area.
Good-To-Have:
• Min. 5 years’ experience with in-house graphic design team or agency, preferably from a large supermarket.
• Strong technical design skills and proficiency in key design-based software – Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are a must.
• Branding and graphic design lead experience including expertise in corporate art and graphic design of print and digital products
• Experience across multiple creative mediums
• Demonstrable experience and ability to organize and manage multiple projects and successful project delivery
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate others both internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is also desirable
