IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

• Manage company IT infrastructure including systems and networks.
• Install and configure systems - software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up user accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to company standards
• Troubleshoot network/systems issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Ensure data is backed up on regular intervals and have a disaster recovery plan.
• Provide user support as and when needed through different channels
• Manage CCTV, EPBAX systems.
• Ensure systems and networks are protected from any kind of security vulnerabilities using appropriate tools
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
