APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

1. This role is required to contribute to the best usage of application and right implementation of business processes & practices.
2. The role is expected to perform daily support to end-users in co-ordination with support partners, dealers & management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. End Users Assistance – 1st Level Functional Support
2. Data Quality – user & master maintenance
3. To gather business requirement
4. To provide solution testing, user support, training & deployment
5. To liaise with Global & Local support
6. Regular reporting to management & partners/dealers
7. Collect and validate the requirement including reporting requirement to the relevance of operation and facilitate through partners.
Job Requirement:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
2. Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
3. Should be a team player
4.Good command over Microsoft Office including analysis through Excel and BI
