IT Assistant Required in Dubai

The primary purpose of this position is to support IT system and make sure the IT system works as expected with the following duties:

Troubleshoot PCs including replacement of malfunctioning H/W.
Maintains Network consisting of LAN and WAN.
Troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues.
Configure and Troubleshoot Network Printers and Scanners.
Installation of Applications and new updates.
Attending end user issues Desktops and Laptops.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for store systems and equipment.
Maintaining data security protocols and ensuring the confidentiality of customer and company information.
Assisting in software updates and ensuring all systems are running the latest versions and security patches.
Supporting store team and customers with technology-related inquiries and issues.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on IT equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data backup and disaster recovery plans.

Experience and requirements:

Degree is computer science or IT
Minimum 2 years’ experience in system support.
Good in Excel and reconciliation.
Experience in ERP system sales and inventory
SAP system awareness is an advantage
