Responsibilities

Managing the recruitment and selection process
Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database etc.) of each employee
Implement performance review procedures
Create a welcoming environment for all employees
Handle employee engagement initiatives including birthdays and work anniversary celebrations

Qualifications

Bachelor in Human Resources Management
Minimum 3 years of HR Experience, preferably in Real Estate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
