Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager who will be in charge in leading and directing the
routine functions of the HR Department.
Main Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Manage the staff process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
issues.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
Proven working experience for HR Department.
Excellent planning, follow-up, and organizing skills.
Strong personal and work ethics.
MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor law.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience at a generalist leve
