Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience for both internal staff and external candidates.

Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters to source and screen candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Process new hire paperwork and onboarding procedures, including visa applications (if applicable).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave requests, and payroll processing (if applicable).
Provide HR support and guidance to internal staff on various HR-related matters (e.g., policies, procedures, employee relations).
Assist with recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a staffing and recruitment agency.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
