1. Probation Confirmation
Identify key gaps within the organization to develop the probation confirmation plan
Conducting Probation / Confirmation Reviews for New Joiners
Overseeing the probation process with GM and ensure timely actions are kept in place.
In conjunction with the GM HR & Senior Leadership, manage the probation period administration, ensure timely notification to managers of impending deadlines, highlighting any issues on returned documentation to the HRM.
Ensure employees receive written confirmation of the outcome.
2. Annual Appraisals
Planning year ending employee performance reviews based on actualization of set KPIs, manage the process coordinating with Line Managers & Core Management Team.
Analyze the existing process and make time to time improvement strategies for effective management with the help of reports, process flow charts and suggestions from key stake holders.
Work in close with L&D team for quantitative analysis of development pattern of employees for promotions based on career ladder.
Maintain review formats, keep relevant people be informed after the formal reviews and plan timely actions for career development by updating the KPIs & KRAs based on changes in responsibilities and assignments upon the completion of a year.
3. Performance Appraisal
Provide with creative alternatives and recommendations for capturing/enhancing compensation & benefits performance with a specific focus on the cost-effectiveness of these programs.
Draft and regularly update employee benefits policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure these are aligned to best practices and are done in a timely /accurate manner.
ยท Analyze data and identify trends in salary/ benefits utilization and propose recommendations for optimization/improvements.
Support management with intelligent reports that evaluate and analysis staff cost for effective decision-making.
Prepare and maintain all monthly, quarterly and annual HR compensation, bonus, benefits reports/dashboard, to be used by the HR & EKFC leadership team.
4 Employee Engagement
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issues skills
