Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist at Mieyar Real Estate in Dubai. The HR specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies, and personnel management. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving HR-related issues and providing guidance and assistance to managers and employees.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Ablity to look and hire new required talents
Experience with HR policies and employee benefits
Personnel management skills, including hiring and performance management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
1+ years of relevant work experience in HR management in dubai
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
English is a must
