Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and be passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

1. **Employee Onboarding:**

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies and culture.

2. **HR Administration:**

- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Support HR processes, including employee attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration.

3. **Recruitment Support:**

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, and support the recruitment process.

4. **Employee Relations:**

- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and open work environment.

- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.

5. **Training and Development:**

- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.

- Assist in identifying training needs and implementing initiatives to enhance employee skills.

6. **HR Communication:**

- Support internal HR communication initiatives, including announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement activities.

7. **Compliance:**

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Assist in HR audits and maintain awareness of changes in employment legislation.

8. **Data Management:**

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
