Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in a well-established building and contracting firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the construction industry. The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the firm. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Actively manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and support employee development plans.
