Salary: 25k - 30k depending on skill and experience

Approachable HR Manager with a minumum of 5 years experience in same or similar role required for popular cosmetics company in Dubai to take care of a chain of stores with the below HR operations:

-store transfer organisation

-personal development plans

-in store observation and feedback to HR Senior

-disciplinary action

-recruitment

-employee relations

-general HR related activities

This role is for someone with great capibility and hunger for progression and with the skill level to be promoted to more senior position within 12-18 months of joining.

Essential Requirements:

-Great organisation skills

-Confidence and capability

-RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN HR IS A MUST

-Emotional Intelligence

-Great observation skills

-5 years experience

-Arabic Speaker

-Store to store experience

-Female applicants preferred
