Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

One of the world’s fashion/ Retail company based in United Arab Emirates and who serve over five markets across the Middle East and Europe is looking for a potential Human Resources Manager to be based in UAE/ Dubai.

The HR Manager role requires a strong all-rounder with a great attitude and flexible approach. He/ she is liable to supervise HR processes in all countries, operate in starting from recruitment, acquisition, total rewards, talent performance and learning and development.

The HR Manager is accountable to connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement and build strategic talent resources plans.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy that work in multiple countries where the company operates in.

· Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource activities as per UAE and all countries’ law.

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

· Design compensation and benefits packages and implement performance review procedures.

· Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

· Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.

· Develop new techniques in the recruitment, selection, orientation, talent performance, Visa and L&D departments.

· Measure employee retention/turnover rates and work on ensuring BFL Group employees excel in a “Great Place to Work” environment

· Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Qualifications:

8 years plus of experience in the 4 HR divisions; Experience of a similar role within a retail company is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Human resources management or equivalent; Master degree is a plus.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
People oriented and results driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Experience within a retail company in the MENA market, preferably UAE, is a MUST.
