Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai
To provide full general HR support to the business, executing HR activities in alignment with Probity’s HR Policy and Business Objectives.
-Work closely with Management in creating a strong Employee Value Proposition to attract the right talent, sustain a healthy working environment and suggest improvements.
-Support in developing L&D strategy, facilitate opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills.
-Understand and facilitate disciplinary process, ensure actions are consistent and compliant with Labor Law.
-Develop Talent pipelines for critical positions.
-Posting job vacancies on different career portals, identifying/attracting talented professionals from the market for internal openings and coordinating recruitment/selection activities.
-Conduct screening Interviews.
-Closing out offers for selected candidates, preparing offer letters, reference checks and getting the candidates on-board within the stipulated timelines.
-Prepare monthly recruitment status reports.
-Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill. source of hire, etc.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration.
-Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a similar role especially in recruitment.
-Good understanding of Consulting resources and market.
-Strong knowledge of HR operations e.g., labour legislation processes.
-Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and implications on people management and business
operations; residency visas and permits, termination law etc.
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Solid problem-solving abilities.
-Structured with ability to create trustful relations and to network effectively.
-Proactive and solution oriented with a lot of integrity.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
